1. Once
you have decided your trip destination,
dates of departure and return, remember to
secure overnight accommodations (for multi
day trips) for your group along with your
itinerary and any special arrangements. The
more information that is provided to us, the
better for us to help you have an enjoyable,
on time trip.
2. Complete the
LTS Bus Charters Quote Form and
press submit. We will get back to you as
soon as possible. Alternatively, you can
also call LTS Bus Charters Office directly
at (800) 206-6961 and submit a request for
charter quote over the telephone.
3. Please make note of
the charter departure point and your
destination point. Departure and return
dates and times should be noted and any
places in between on route to your
destination. Head count of passengers
especially children that will be traveling.
4.Make sure you review your charter order (or contract) to
assure everything is in order with all the specifics of your trip including vehicle
type, additional equipment and total charges. Provide LTS Bus Charters with any
needed additional information.
5. Do you have a special need for a special
video system, beverage, disabled
access or other special request? Make sure
to let us know ahead of time.
6. Keep LTS Bus Charters informed of any Changes before
departure of your trip. Any changes should
be cleared with the driver to insure that
the driver can legally follow your change
requests. Also be aware of changes the
driver may need to do including sleep, rest
stops and food.
7. Responsibilities or group leader:
Make sure group is not loud.
Make sure group is orderly to keep them
from potential harm to themselves or
damage to vehicle/equipment.
Passengers should not sit on arm rests, stand on
seats or lean backwards over a seat.
Motor Coach should be kept clean.
Be aware of all children.
8. No more than 1 person should be allowed
to stand at a time while the vehicle is
moving. When making stops and getting
off, make sure that everyone is aboard and
inform the driver when the group is ready
for departure. Bus driver is
not responsible for disciplining or
attending to any member of your group.
9. Driver's job is safety of the vehicle and
its passengers. If you need to speak to the
driver, be sure to stay behind the white
line and try to wait for uncongested
traffic.
10. On your return, group leader should
check the bus for cleanliness, damage, and
forgotten items.
11. Let us know how your trip went. We
encourage
feedback to better serve you and others
in the future. Any problems should be presented right away to remedy the
